Why ResQGear exists
ResQGear was founded on a simple idea: the tools that save lives should be closer—not buried, forgotten, or impossible to reach under stress. In critical incidents, preventable deaths are often linked to uncontrolled bleeding and chest trauma. The knowledge and tools to address these problems exist, but access is frequently the weak link.
Many users carry tourniquets and chest seals somewhere on their kit… but “somewhere” isn’t good enough when fine motor skills are gone, adrenaline is spiking, and time is brutally short. We believe lifesaving tools belong in locations that are consistent, intuitive, and always present when the rifle is present.
How we think about design
- Integrated, not tacked on. Our products are designed from the ground up with medical readiness in mind, not as an afterthought accessory bolted on later.
- Real use cases first. Gear should earn its place on a duty or defensive setup by solving real problems without creating new ones.
- Simple under stress. Complexity kills in emergencies. Access, deployment, and reindexing should all be as intuitive as possible.

Where we’re headed
ResQStock™ is the first step in a broader ecosystem of integrated readiness solutions. We intend to expand into platforms, inserts, and medical kits that all work together to keep critical interventions closer to hand.
